A Caring Heart is free senior housing referral service dedicated to helping seniors and their families make the best decision regarding housing options. Kathy McLaughlin, Senior Living Specialist, has a passion for working with families and residents to make locating senior housing an affirmative experience.

Kathy has worked in the senior industry more than 20 years. She has served as an executive director for retirement, assisted living, and memory care facilities; an administrator in hospice care; and a director of social programs. She is a specialist regarding the senior housing options available in the Vancouver, Washington area.

Kathy has helped numerous other families struggling to make decisions regarding independent living, assisted living, adult family homes and care involving memory care and nursing issues. In addition, she has been the responsible family member for her parents and grandparents over the past 30 years.

She understands the emotional roller coaster that you are experiencing. She can’t make it easy, but she can make it easier.
