Health and Wellness…

Planning and preparing several meals a day for just one or two people can be an exhausting process, especially if you are maintaining your home as well. Often times this leads to food choices that lack the nourishment that is so important ti maintain the health of mature adults. At Fairgate Estate, each meal is prepared fresh and served to our resident’s preferences. We take care and pride in the fact that we can personalize each resident’s diet according to their likes and dislikes, doctor orders, or food allergies.

We offer several types of excersise programs led and instructed by our team on sight.

Personal Care and Assistance…

Daily tasks of grooming, dressing, managing medications and bathing are ongoing. It may become less safe and much more difficult to get in and out of the bath tub, or to remember if you have taken yourmedications for the day. Sometimes things that are important to you like getting a haircut or washing clothing does not happen as frequently. Personal hygiene is necessary for health reasons but is also well recognized that it contributes to emotional health and well being and aids in encouraging social interaction.

We offer services to our resident’s that enable them to stay independent while receiving the care they need.
